Three-Month and Six-Month Package Terms and Conditions

Enrollment: To enroll in a group class, the student must complete and submit the enrollment form on our website. The student will receive confirmation of enrollment via email.

Payments: The student must pay the full course fee at the time of enrollment. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. In the event that the academy is unable to offer the course, the student will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

Course schedule: The course schedule will be provided to the student at the time of enrollment. The student may choose one of the existing options or suggest another schedule that works for them. If the group size falls below 3 students, the academy reserves the right to cancel the group and offer another schedule or refund the remaining classes. If the student suggests a different schedule, the academy will make every effort to accommodate their request and create a new group within 7 working days. If the academy is unable to create a new group within 7 working days, the student will receive a full refund.

Attendance: The student is required to attend all scheduled classes. If the student is unable to attend a class, they must notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance. If the student does not attend a class without prior notice or if they do not notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance, they will not be able to make up the missed class. If the student notifies the academy at least 24 hours in advance, they can make up the missed class in another available schedule, subject to availability and at no additional charge. The student may make up a maximum of 3 missed classes per course unless something unforeseen or exceptional occurs. Make-up classes must be completed within 30 days of the missed class.

Transferability: The student may transfer their enrollment in the three-month or six-month package to another person, subject to the following conditions:

  • The transfer must be made in writing and signed by both the original student and the new student.
  • The new student must meet the same eligibility requirements and agree to the same terms and conditions as the original student.
  • The academy reserves the right to reject the transfer request if the new student does not meet the eligibility requirements or if the transfer is not made in accordance with the conditions specified above.
  • The academy is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the original student or the new student in relation to the transfer of enrollment.
 

Cancellation and refunds: The student may cancel their enrollment within 7 days of the start of the course and receive a proportional refund of the remaining classes.

Materials: The academy will provide all the necessary materials for the course. The materials are for the student’s personal use and should not be shared or distributed without authorization from the academy.

Code of conduct: The student is expected to follow the academy’s code of conduct, which includes respecting the instructor and other students, being punctual, and participating actively in class. The academy reserves the right to remove a student from the course if they do not follow the code of conduct.

Instructor Changes: The academy reserves the right to change the instructor for a course if necessary. If the instructor is changed, the student will be notified at least 7 days in advance and given the option to continue with the course or receive a proportional refund of the remaining classes.

Liability: The academy is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may occur during the online classes. The student is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for participating in the classes. The academy is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the student as a result of participating in the online classes.

Privacy policy: The academy will collect and use the student’s personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. The student has the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their personal information. The privacy policy can be found on our website and is subject to change at any time. By enrolling in a group class, the student agrees to our privacy policy.

Marketing and Promotional Materials: By enrolling in a group class, the student agrees to receive marketing or promotional materials from the academy. These materials may include information about upcoming courses, special offers, or events. The student may opt out of receiving these materials at any time by contacting the academy. The student can choose to opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the marketing or promotional materials, or by contacting the academy directly via email at:

Translation: These terms and conditions may be translated into different languages for the convenience of the student. In the event of any conflicts or inconsistencies between the different versions, the English version will prevail.

Changes to terms and conditions: The academy reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website. By enrolling in a group class, the student agrees to be bound by the latest version of the terms and conditions.

Termination of enrollment: The academy reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrollment in the course if the student does not follow the code of conduct, does not make payments on time, or does not attend classes without prior notice. In such cases, the student will not be entitled to a refund.

Intellectual property: The materials provided by the academy are the property of the academy and are protected by copyright laws. The student is not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share the materials without the academy’s permission.

Confidentiality: Any personal data or information shared during class, such as for the purpose of peer review or feedback, should be kept confidential and not shared outside of the class without permission.

Applicable law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

Acceptance of terms and conditions: By enrolling in a three-month or six-month package, the student agrees to these terms and conditions.

Entire agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the student and the academy regarding enrollment in the group classes. Any changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
