Welcome to our LanguageCert exam booking page!

We are proud to be an authorized LanguageCert exam center and offer a range of on-site and online LanguageCert exams.

In addition to our on-site exams, we also offer the option to take your LanguageCert exam online. If you prefer to take your exam from the comfort of your own home, simply click the “book online exam” button to receive a bundle offer.

On-Site Exams

To book an on-site exam, follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our calendar of available dates and locations.
  2. Select the date and location that best suits you.
  3. Fill in the registration form with your personal and contact information.
  4. Pay the exam fee through our secure online payment system.

 

Please note that exam fees are non-refundable and exam dates are subject to availability. 

In order to book an on-site exam, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid government-issued identification: This can be a passport, driver’s license, or other forms of identification that include a photo and personal information.
  • Payment of exam fee: In order to book an on-site exam, the exam fee must be paid in advance.
  • Photo consent form: Students must sign a photo consent form authorizing the exam center to take their photograph during the exam. This is used for identification purposes during the exam.

Exam booking must be completed at least 3 weeks in advance of the exam date. Late booking (2 weeks before the exam date) is also available at an additional fee.

On exam day, please bring the following:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Photo consent form
  • Any required materials (e.g. pencil, eraser, sharpener)
  • Transparent bottle of water

Online Exams:

If you prefer to take your exam from the comfort of your own home, we offer the option to take your LanguageCert exam online.

Please note that online exams have the following requirements and restrictions:

  • A stable internet connection and a quiet, private testing environment are required.
  • Online exams are proctored to ensure the integrity of the exam.

 

Exam Fees and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Exam fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your exam, keep in mind that you have a 1-year window to complete the exam, and up to 48 hours before your scheduled exam, you can reschedule it. After that, there is a fee if you reschedule within 4 hours before the exam.

The exam center may cancel or reschedule exams and you must follow LanguageCert’s cancellation policies. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties and/or forfeiture of exam fees.
